HBA1 Protein

Protein Length: 142 aa
Accession Number: AAK61216
Protein Sequence
Isoelectric Point:  8.72*
Molecular Weight: 15257.55 Da*
Subcellular Localization:
LOCATE, a site that predicts subcellular localization of proteins, described HBA2 as a "soluble, non-secreted protein."  It did not, however, give any data on subcellular localization.  No data was available on HBA1. [1]
Two other subcellular localization sites, TargetP and pTARGET gave no results.  Interestingly, for these two sites the input is the protein sequences, not the name of the protein as on LOCATE. [2, 3]

*As estimated by ExPASy.
